A method of adjusting and controlling a smart watch, and a smart watch, a data storage medium and a terminal apparatus utilizing the same. The smart watch is provided with a watch crown (601) at a side thereof. The watch crown (601) is provided with a touch panel (602) at a side thereof. The method of adjusting and controlling the smart watch comprises: detecting an operation type (101, 201, 301, 401, 501) of the touch panel (602); in response to the operation type, generating a control command (102, 205, 306, 406, 506) corresponding to the operation type; and executing a touch panel display operation (103, 206, 307, 407, 507) corresponding to the control command. The smart watch includes an operation type detection component (603), a control command generation component (604), and a display operation execution component (605). The terminal apparatus is provided with an operation component at a side thereof, and the operation component is provided with a touch panel at a side thereof. The terminal apparatus comprises an operation type detection component, a control command generation component, and a display operation execution component. The embodiments according to the invention realize adjustment and control of a smart watch.
