METHOD FOR ADJUSTING MOTOR COIL END PORTION GAP

Provided is a method for adjusting a motor coil end portion gap, where an inner lead head and an outer lead head are respectively located at an upper side and a lower side of the coil end portion, when the thickness of the inner lead head is less than the width of a gap at the upper side of the coil end portion, said inner lead head extends out from the gap at the upper side of the coil end portion; and when the thickness of the inner lead head is greater than the width of the gap at the upper side of the coil end portion, a vertex of the coil end portion is adjusted to shift in a direction of the outer lead head at the lower side, until the width of the gap at the upper side of the coil end portion is greater than the thickness of the inner lead head. The present invention has advantages such as enlarging an end portion gap at an inner lead head, having an ingenious design, being convenient to implement, an improving production efficiency.
