Abstract:
A method for adjusting a variable section of an adjustable lining trolley. The method comprises: S1, removing two top mold units (1) at the top of an arch; S2, starting a horizontal adjustment oil cylinder (10) to drive vertical and horizontal moving lifting mechanisms (9) on two sides to move towards the two sides for widening; S3, starting a leveling mechanism (4) to drive a pair of top mold supporting beams (3) to move towards two sides for widening, and forming supplementary spaces between the two top mold supporting beams (3) and between the two top mold units (1) located at the top of the arch; S4, mounting a top mold supplementary unit (5) and a top mold supplementary supporting frame (6) into corresponding supplementary spaces, and forming a supplementary connection with corresponding top mold units (1) and the top mold supporting beams (3); S5, starting the leveling mechanism (4) to drive the pair of top mold supporting beams (3) to move to realize centering, and ensuring that the connecting point between two top mold supplementary units (5) located at the top of a new arch coincides with the central line of the top of the arch; and S6, locking the top mold supplementary units (5), the top mold units (1) and a side mold unit (2). The method has the advantages of being simple in structure, low in cost, convenient to operate, capable of meeting the construction requirements of continuous sections, and capable of improving the construction efficiency.
