Abstract:
A method for analyzing and determining key mineral phases of the occurrence of heavy metals in industrial solid waste. The method comprises: subjecting a heavy metal solid waste to be tested to N concentration gradient dissociation tests under the same dissociation condition to obtain the dissociation degrees of heavy metal elements to be determined under N different concentration gradients, subjecting the dissociated solid residue to ore phase quantitative analysis to obtain the relative content of each ore phase in M ore phases of said heavy metal solid waste, then perform computation to obtain the occurrence distribution proportions of the heavy metal elements in the ore phases, accumulating the occurrence proportion of a heavy metal element in the ore phases from high to low, and determining the ore phase, the cumulative occurrence proportion of which exceeds a preset cumulative threshold value, as the key ore phase of the occurrence of the heavy metal element. The method achieves accurate analysis of the occurrence state of heavy metals in industrial solid waste, and provides refined technical support for the selection of the treatment and disposal technology of industrial solid waste.
