Abstract:
One aspect of the present disclosure relates to a method for adjusting the price of a lodging product. The method according to one embodiment of the present disclosure comprises the steps of: checking, by a price adjustment server operated by a target lodging company, a rate for a specific type of room among multiple rooms possessed by the target lodging company; calculating, by the price adjustment server, an occupancy rate of the specific type of room on the basis of an occupancy percentage and a reservation rate of the specific type of room; checking, by the price adjustment server, a rate for a comparative room corresponding to the specific type among multiple rooms possessed by one or more comparative lodging companies through a sales channel server which stores information on rates for rooms possessed by the target lodging company and the one or more comparative lodging companies; and adjusting, by the price adjustment server, the rate for the specific type of room on the basis of at least the rate for the comparative room and the occupancy rate. Here, the specific type is related to at least one of the size and structure of a room, the number of rooms, whether a room corresponds to a package room, a rate for a room, whether the rate is inclusive or exclusive of breakfast, and utility information.
