Abstract:
A method for adjusting the rotational speed of a treadmill, comprising: collecting motion index information about a user when running on the treadmill; analyzing the change condition of a current motion state of the user according to the change condition of the motion index information; and correspondingly adjusting the rotational speed of the treadmill according to the change condition of the motion state. Further disclosed are an apparatus for adjusting the rotational speed of a treadmill and a treadmill having the apparatus.
