Abstract:
A method and apparatus for analyzing the root cause of a failure of a communication system, a system and a computer-readable storage medium, the method comprising: acquiring a real-time value of a target KPI variable of a communication system and real-time values of a plurality of observed variables of the communication system; inputting the real-time values of the plurality of observed variables into a prediction model to obtain a predicted value of the target KPI variable, wherein the prediction model is obtained by using a predetermined algorithm to train historical data of the communication system; comparing the obtained predicted value of the target KPI variable and the real-time value of the target KPI variable; when the performance of the communication system has deteriorated, calculating the degree of contribution of each observed variable to the phenomenon of the performance of the communication system deteriorating; and using the observed variables the degrees of contribution of which are ranked in the top K positions as candidate root cause variables for the performance deterioration of the communication system, K being a positive integer.
