Abstract:
An embodiment of the present invention relates to the communication field. Provided is a method and apparatus for controlling incoming calls of a mobile terminal, comprising: when the telephone pre-paid balance of a called user is less than a preset value, a terminal corresponding to a call forwarding number preset by the called user is paged, and prompting the called user that the call is to be forwarded; disconnecting from the called user, and establishing a call between the calling user and the terminal corresponding to the call forwarding number. By determining when the telephone pre-paid balance of a called user is less than a preset value and forwarding the call to the preset call forwarding number preset by the called user, the present invention enables the called user to avoid interruption due to owed charges that affects the handling of important events, thus bringing the user a good user experience and is more user-friendly.
