Abstract:
A method and apparatus for detecting the abnormality of an air conditioner. The method comprises: obtaining an outdoor ambient temperature value measured by a target air conditioner; obtaining an outdoor ambient temperature reference value of a reference region where the target air conditioner is located; and according to a difference between the outdoor ambient temperature value measured by the target air conditioner and the outdoor ambient temperature reference value, determining whether the outdoor ambient temperature measurement of the target air conditioner is abnormal. According to the solution of the present invention, the outdoor ambient temperature reference value is obtained according to big data, and comparative analysis is performed on the basis of the big data, so that the abnormal condition of the outdoor ambient temperature measurement of an air conditioner can be checked in a timely manner, and the problem of limited compressor frequency and abnormal operation of the air conditioner due to the high outdoor ambient temperature measured by the air conditioner is solved.
