Abstract:
The present invention is for preventing accidents on construction and industrial sites and allows preventive measures to be taken by rapidly and accurately assessing risks, as a control unit analyzes and assesses details that can cause safety-related accidents between activities in a network progress schedule. A risk assessment method using a progress schedule according to the present invention comprises: a first step for defining matters that can cause accidents and determining a relationship between parallel preceding and following activities to set safety standards; a second step for preparing a progress schedule while each cooperative company proceeds with construction; a third step for analyzing, by a controller, details of the progress schedule; a fourth step for determining, by the controller, whether the details of the progress schedule in the second or third step exceed the safety standards in the first step to assess a risk of each activity; and a fifth step for determining, as a result of the comparison in the above step, that there is a risk when the safety standards are exceeded.
