A method and apparatus for in-situ electro-remediation and reinforcement of super-soft contaminated soil, said apparatus comprising: a double-layer electrode tube, the double-layer electrode tube comprising an outer layer electrode tube (1), an inner layer electrode tube (2) nested within the outer layer electrode tube in a parallel and non-contacting manner, and several insulation support frames (4) fixed at one end to the inside of the outer layer electrode tube and fixed at the other end to the outside of the inner layer electrode tube, wherein tube bodies of the outer layer electrode tube and the inner layer electrode tube are provided with small holes (3) and surfaces are covered with a filtration cloth. The method for in-situ electro-remediation and reinforcement of super-soft contaminated soil comprises injecting a chemical solution into the inner layer electrode tube (2) and respectively passing a direct current through the inner layer electrode tube (2) and the outer layer electrode tube (1). The apparatus and method remove contaminants and water which collect near the electrodes, and are simple in structure and easy to operate.
