Abstract:
A method for manufacturing a woven-type composite sheet is disclosed. A method for manufacturing a woven-type composite sheet, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: (S1) inputting warp tapes by passing unidirectional (UD) tapes through healds that form the opening of warps by up-and-down motion; (S2) when the opening of the warps is formed by the up-and-down motion of the healds, inputting a weft tape in a direction intersecting the warp tapes; (S3) forming a fabric while repeatedly performing step (S2); and (S4) winding the fabric formed in step (S3), and the method further comprises, before winding the fabric in step (S4), tightly adhering the outermost warp tapes located at the edge of the fabric toward the inner side of the fabric by means of separation prevention rollers, melting, and cooling, to fix the shape of the fabric.
