Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a method and apparatus for publishing a video, a device, and a medium. In an embodiment, the method comprises: obtaining an image and music; representing the image on a canvas; determining the color of the canvas on the basis of a color in the image; and synthesizing the image, the canvas and the music to generate a video for publishing, wherein in the video, the music is used as background music and the image is statically represented on the canvas. By means of this method, a user can freely edit an image and generate a high-quality video according to the edited image, such that the enthusiasm of users to participate in short video creation is facilitated to be increased, and thus the user stickiness is improved.
