Abstract:
A method for realizing dual offline payment, wherein same is applied to a payment client, the method comprising: starting an offline payment function, and acquiring a payment amount (310); generating an offline payment certificate carrying the payment amount and verification information (320); and providing the offline payment certificate to a collection device, so that the collection device approves the payment made by the payment client after verifying, by means of the verification information, that the offline payment certificate is legitimate.
