Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of medical image processing. Disclosed are a method and apparatus for reconstructing a cardiac muscle cell sheetlet arrangement structure, and a computer device and a computer-readable storage medium. A new reconstruction scheme that can effectively reduce sheetlet modeling errors and simplify a sheetlet inclination angle quantization calculation process is provided, that is, on the basis of a geometric algebra G3 space, a sheetlet formed by arranging cardiac muscle cells is represented by using a bivector directed face, and a sheetlet inclination angle quantization calculation mode is re-defined in this modeling mode, such that the sheetlet modeling errors can be avoided and the sheetlet inclination angle quantization calculation process can be simplified, thereby being conducive to rapidly obtaining a reconstruction result of a cardiac muscle cell sheetlet arrangement structure, and facilitating real-time reconstruction being performed on the basis of diffusion tensor imaging in clinical medicine. Therefore, the new reconstruction scheme can be applied to a magnetic resonance imager and diffusion magnetic resonance image analysis/processing software, and is convenient to practically apply and promote.
