Abstract:
Provided are a method and apparatus for screening out an LED chip to be transferred. The method comprises the steps: receiving light beams generated by LED chips; performing spectral analysis on the light beams, and acquiring spectral information corresponding to the light beams; and according to the spectral information, screening out an LED chip to be transferred. According to the present application, spectral information corresponding to light beams generated by LED chips is compared with a preset threshold value to screen out an LED chip to be transferred, and the color purity of the screened LED chip meets standards, and the screened LED chip has no chromatic aberrations, and is high in luminance consistency; and the level of light uniformity can be effectively distinguished for RGB displaying, thereby achieving uniformity of displayed mixed light color.
