Abstract:
The present invention provides a method by which an egg shell and an egg shell membrane are able to be sufficiently separated from each other even if the method is small scaled and has a simpler configuration than conventional methods. A separation method for separating an egg shell and an egg shell membrane from each other, which comprises a step wherein an egg shell to which an egg shell membrane adheres is thrown into a swirling flow of an alkaline solution.
