Abstract:
A method, apparatus (20) and system for planning a bending following trajectory. The method comprises: acquiring processing parameters for a bending machine (41) and a bending robot (34, 42) to perform bending processing on a sheet material (S10), wherein the processing parameters comprise the movement speed v of an upper mould and the width L of a lower mould of the bending machine (41), and a distance d between a tool centre point (TCP) of the bending robot (34, 42) and a centre point of the lower mould of the bending machine (41) at the start of processing; calculating a flip angle of the sheet material according to the movement speed v of the upper mould and the width L of the lower mould of the bending machine (41) (S11); determining a positional relationship between the TCP and the bending machine (41) according to the flip angle and the distance d (S12); and planning a bending following trajectory according to the flip angle and the positional relationship between the TCP and the bending machine (41) so as to obtain a planned bending following trajectory (S13). The accuracy of a movement trajectory can be guaranteed, and the present invention can be applied to other robots.
