Abstract:
Provided are a method and apparatus for taking a parcel out of an express locker, and a device and a storage medium. The method comprises: in response to detecting that there is an item left on a tray after a user completes an operation of taking a parcel out, marking the state of the parcel as being picked up but having a left item, and sending parcel leaving prompting information to the user; and in response to a preset pickup operation input by the user, transporting the tray, on which the item is left, to a delivery port, and opening a box door of the delivery port.
