Abstract:
Provided are a method and an apparatus for transmitting control information in a heterogeneous network system. The method of the present specification comprises receiving, from a terminal, a sensed radio trouble report including an identifier (ID) of a neighbor cell when an event in which the channel quality information (CQI) or the variation of the channel quality information of a serving cell that provides a service to the terminal becomes smaller than a predetermined threshold value is triggered; monitoring the statue of the radio connection to the terminal for a predetermined triggering time; and transmitting, if the reduction ratio of the CQI of the radio connection is larger than a predetermined threshold value, a radio resource control (RRC) connection reestablishment indication to the terminal.
