Abstract:
Provided in the present application are a method and apparatus for transmitting information. The method comprises: a core network element receiving request information which is used for requesting determination of notification address information for a terminal apparatus; the core network element determining the notification address information, wherein the notification address information is used for receiving notification information; furthermore, the core network element sending the notification address information to the terminal apparatus, and then receiving first information from an application function network element, wherein the first information comprises the notification information and the notification address information; and the core network element further determining, according to the notification address information, to send the notification information to the terminal apparatus. Insofar as security is ensured, notification address information for transmitting notification information can be acquired, and the notification information can be transmitted on the basis of the notification address information.
