Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for applying a filter structure (100) to a crystal body (1), in particular a diamond, with a number of colour centres, in particular nitrogen defects, for a magnetic field sensor device, comprising the following steps: - amorphizing a surface region (10) of the crystal body (1) to which the filter structure (100) is to be applied, for providing an amorphous surface region (10), and - applying the filter structure (100) to the amorphous surface region (10). The invention also relates to a sensor device with a crystal body (1) to which a filter structure (100) has been applied to the crystal body (1) by this method.
