Abstract:
This method for apprehending a fluidized bed bubbling state includes: a thermal image acquisition step, in which, in a bubbling fluidized bed reactor, by blowing a gas for fluidizing out from a reactor base onto a fluidizing medium with which a lower section of the interior of the reactor is filled, using at least one infrared camera disposed at a position so as to look down from above, or to the side of and above, a fluidized bed interface, the camera being used to apprehend the bubbling state of a fluidized bed formed by fluidizing the fluidizing medium, a thermal image of the fluidized bed interface is acquired via a selective-transmission filter that selectively allows light with a wavelength not emitted by flame to pass through, and the thermal image is stored; and a bubbling state abnormality determination step, in which, on the basis of the thermal image acquired in the thermal image acquisition step, it is determined whether or not an abnormality has arisen in the bubbling state of at least part of the fluidized bed as a whole.
