Abstract:
There is provided a method for automatically setting a vibration suppression filter by a servo control device. When a vibration detector detects vibration [A2], a state amount frequency analyzer subjects data in the state amount trace unit to frequency analysis and calculates a vibration frequency [A3]. According to the vibration frequency, the state amount frequency analyzer sets a frequency characteristic of the vibration suppression filter [A5]. In the method for automatically setting the vibration suppression filter of the servo control device, the vibration level before the automatic setting of the vibration suppression filter is stored in the vibration level storage unit, so that a filter setting selection unit compares the vibration level after the automatic setting to the vibration level before the automatic setting [A6]. When the vibration level after the automatic setting becomes greater than the vibration level before the automatic setting, the setting of the vibration suppression filter is returned to the state before the automatic setting [A7] or the gain of the servo control unit is lowered.
