Abstract:
A method for building a personalized probiotics database, and the use thereof in the screening of probiotics. The method comprises co-culturing probiotics and a biological sample, then analyzing a secretion volume of IL-10, a secretion volume ratio of IL-4/IFN-γ, and a secretion volume ratio of IFN-γ/IL-4, and ranking, according to numerical values from high to low, the corresponding probiotics for screening.
