Abstract:
Provided is a method for carbon-coating a lithium-ion battery electrode active material, comprising: providing an electrode active material precursor and a first solvent; the electrode active material precursor undergoes a liquid-phase reaction in said first solvent; when the liquid phase reaction is complete, a first liquid mixture is obtained; said first liquid mixture comprises the first solvent, and the electrode active material particles dispersed in the first solvent; a carbon source is provided; the carbon source is added to the first liquid mixture, and the carbon source is dissolved in said first solvent to obtain a second liquid mixture; the second liquid mixture is dried to obtain electrode active material particles having a carbon source coating layer; in said electrode active material particles having a carbon source coating layer, the carbon source coats the surface of the electrode active material particles; and the electrode active material particles having a carbon source coating layer are sintered to obtain the carbon-coated lithium-ion battery electrode active material.
