Abstract:
Provided is a method for catalyzing steroidal biological transformation. In the method, sodium alginate-grafted cyclodextrin immobilized cells are used as a catalyst, so as to implement the cyclic utilization of a cyclodextrin medium, the cells and a reaction solution. The production costs and environmental pollution are reduced while the steroidal catalytic reaction efficiency is improved, and the purpose of performing biological transformation by using a green method is achieved.
