Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] To perform immersion cleaning under reduced pressure, steam cleaning under reduced pressure, or drying under reduced pressure using a small pressure tubular body. When cleaning work is performed while containing an object to be cleaned in a small pressure tubular body having openings at the upper and lower ends. The cleaned object can be taken out by simply elevating the pressure tubular body after the cleaning, and the post-treatment of the cleaned object is facilitated. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] A pressure tubular body (1) having openings (2, 3) at the upper and lower ends and not connected with a steam piping, a vacuum piping, or the like has a strength sufficient to withstand against pressure reduction when an object (4) to be cleaned and contained inside while closing the openings (2, 3) at the upper and lower ends is subjected to immersion cleaning under reduced pressure, steam cleaning under reduced pressure, or drying under reduced pressure. The openings (2, 3) at the upper and lower ends of the pressure tubular body (1) can be closed with pressure lids (11, 12) which can be opened/closed, and the pressure lids (11, 12) are connected with a pressure reduction mechanism (114) and/or a steam generation mechanism (15).
