Abstract:

First, a bottle 30 is conveyed to a filling device 20 without sterilizing the bottle 30 using a container sterilizing device 13, and the bottle 30 is filled with a culture medium using the filling device 20. Next, the bottle 30 is closed with a cap 33 using a cap mounting device 16. After that, whether bacteria has survived or grown in the culture medium in the bottle 30 is verified.
