Abstract:
A method for controlling desulphurization and discharge of a reclaimed rubber and a control device for same. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, putting waste rubber powder into a stirring-type desulfurization tank with a constant stirring shaft speed, and heating and stirring same to desulfurize the waste rubber powder; and step 2, judging whether the viscosity of the rubber reaches an expected viscosity by acquiring the torque of a motor connected to a stirring shaft connected to the stirring-type desulfurization tank or by acquiring a current value of a motor driving a stirring shaft connected to the desulfurization tank, and if so, stopping heating and stirring the desulfurization tank and discharging the material, so as to obtain a desulfurized rubber. Compared with the conventional method in which automatic discharging is realized by setting the heating temperature and the heating time, the viscosity error of the devulcanized rubbers obtained from different batches is greatly reduced, the error is always controlled at 0.5-4.5%, and the quality stability of the reclaimed rubber is greatly improved.
