Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a method for controlling the hardness of a seamless molded body at an arbitrary position; and a means for solving the problem is a method for controlling the hardness of a seamless molded body at an arbitrary position, said molded body being formed of a copolymer that has a crystalline portion and an elastomer portion. This method for controlling the hardness of a molded body is characterized by comprising: a step wherein two or more molding members (1, 2) that are different from each other are prepared using two or more copolymers, which are different from each other in the ratio of the crystalline portion to the elastomer portion, in the distribution of the crystalline portion and the elastomer portion in the polymer chain, or in the crystallinity, and a molded body is subsequently formed using the molding members (1, 2); a step wherein the crystalline portion in the molded body is melted by heating the molded body, which has been formed using the molding members (1, 2); and a step wherein the molded body after the heating is cooled and solidified.
