Abstract:
A method for controlling the temperature of cooking regime at home. In this method, while cooking temperature is measured in a pot at a location,whose temperature is correlated with the average maximum temperature and acting on the product dispensed. When the temperature reaches a predetermined value, an audio signal is supplied. The advent of sound gives the hostess information on the need to adjust the heating temperature. Opposes the method of the patent number RF 2065604 can be used only in the preparation of a liquid food. The proposed method cannot be used for the preparation of a liquid food, including while frying food. The latter is particularly important, since harmful components of people can be released, when frying on the uncontrolled heating. Can stand ingredients, including carcinogenic, that contribute to cancer. Also provided utensils for carrying out the process, as well as a removable device, which can be installed on the dishes, available in the kitchen. The authors have attempted to implement the most simple and affordable for a wide use of the technical solution. The goal - to introduce it in the life of low-income consumers.

Claims

1. A method for controlling the temperature of cooking mode in home conditions ,under which the temperature measurement is carried out at a place, which it is less, than the maximum temperature , that affects the preparation of foods.

2. The method then paragraph 1, where the measured temperature is correlated with the maximum temperature of the hottest point of dishes.

3. The method of claim 2, wherein when a temperature at the measuring point ,corresponding to the predetermined temperature at the hottest point of dishes, signal is fed, for example, such as sound.

4. The method of claim 3, in which the temperature measurement is made by at least in one signaling device.

5. The method then item 4, wherein the temperature measurement is performed by two devices.

Description:
A method for controlling the temperature in the cooking mode home.

The invention relates to the use of household items. It can be used at home in the presence of dishes with audible alarm. And also there is a separate device, that can be installed on any utensils, used in the kitchen.

There is a method implemented in a whistling kettle and saucepan "pressure cooker." In this method, when the fluid secreted boiling steam passes through a special indicator and generates a sound signal. Here the indicator is in direct contact with the product dispensed

There is a method by RF patent 2065604, which we take as a prototype. It recorded noise poaching liquid and is determined ,when a maximum noise level. With all the advantages of this method he can be used for preparing a liquid food only. Our proposed method can be used for preparing not liquid food.

When cooking at home, many, perhaps the majority of housewives, no dishes with temperature control. For these housewives important ,that it was filed notifying signal on full product ready or close to ready state. This refers to the pan ,in which the milk is boiled or cooked cereal, as well as the frying pans. And, most importantly for this frying pans.

Known issues with grilled foods. It consists in that the temperature range, in which the best possible conditions are created for cooking foods in a frying pan ,is in the narrow range, different for different types products. So, if the temperature of the inner surface of the bottom frying pan is relatively small, for example, 130 degrees Celsius, the products, such as burgers, in the process of preparing absorb a lot of fat. In this frying products obtained are not enough tasty and useful. If temperature of frying pans above a certain , occurs the decomposition products with the possibility of the formation of carcinogenic substances. It is harmful and dangerous to health.

This problem is solved in different ways. One of them - is to create a dish with nonstick coatings and coverage. But this only solves a part of the problem. The material cannot be burnt, but at high temperatures can decompose.

Second way - the creation of utensils for cooking with temperature active control. So, for example, a doctor P.Kogan and an engineer O.Perstnev was once the patent of the USSR in the frying pan, in which the heat of the surface produced by a heat-resistant layer of the liquid (Vapor oil). In this frying pan, when the temperature is close to the value close to the limit intermediate, a level of the liquid drops. Between the bottom of frying pans and hot liquid is formed air gap. As a result of this frying pan stops heating. Driving frying pans and photo of the patent are given in Appendix 1.

There are patents, in which prompts to adjust the intensity of the burner, depending on the temperature of the bottom of the cookware. For example, Patent «Gas cooker» US 6663009 Bl.There U.S. "Cooking Pan With Temperature Display* US20070012199 Al, which also solved the problem of temperature control during cooking.

However, in this case, the problem is solved by a significant complication of the design frying pans, making it expensive for home use.

Currently, there are firms - manufacturers of utensils, which frying pans are equipped with indicators and heating controls, including for non-electric frying pans. In particular, these pans producing company Tefal (heating indicator Thermo-Spot), Ballarini company in a series of Salento Whitestone, Rondell and many other companies.

In a skillet mentioned company Tefal skillets placed in the disc with a picture, that ceases to be visible, when the temperature reaches 180 degrees Celsius. Here, the goal - the creation of the best conditions for a good taste of the final product. However, in a roasting on skillet it is proposed to start from 180 degrees Celsius, at which may already be the release of harrriful components.

Frying pan Smartypan (author Rahul Baxi) has a temperature sensor and Blyetooth module, that communicates information to external tablets. Here, the same criterion - quality product taste, and not prevent receive harmful component.

Frying companies Rondell (http://www.gastronom.ru/text/aksessuarv-diva-kuhni-skovorod a-s- termodatchikom-1003449) contains a temperature sensor, which has information about the optimum temperature cooking of different foods in taste criteria. For example, the

temperature of cooking fish 191 degrees Celsius, lamb - 205. Thus, in all known frying pans emphasis placed on the quality of food products. And we think ,that the main thing - it is a necessity to prevent, that frying- it's not a simple technology. And the main thing here - the protection of consumers' health.

And the problem in the majority of housewives is still not completely solved.

Background of the Invention.

All devices, discussed above, serves to influence the process of cooking, for example, to regulate the flow of gas or other means to influence the temperature of the frying process.

For example, this is done in an electric griddle, where it is set and the temperature is maintained constant. But these frying pans do not find much use, because they occupy a lot of space in the kitchen, where are so closely. In addition, there are problems with their sink and they are relatively expensive. There is another direction. Do not affect on the intensity of the heat, but only to prevent the temperature of the cooking process state. This method has one very big advantage. It is simpler and therefore more accessible. An example of such a method is implemented in Russian patent 2065604, which we have taken as a prototype.

These devices include whistling kettle on patent RU2277370.

We decided to go on a similar path. But to use it not only to liquid, but also any other products primarily for frying.

The situation is more complicated, but we hope to solve it, and then try to summarize the results and other utensils for use at home.

In the prior art, when the liquid boils, steam is released and generates sound. In a skillet product does not boil, but simply heated up and decomposed. From products and oil ,release substances ,that can cause cancer.

Of course, not everyone , who uses modern non-electric skillet ,sick, God forbid, cancer. And not all, unfortunately, who will be in contact with a frying pan attached are guaranteed from these diseases. But the likelihood of this, we hope to change for the better. Because the main thing is not in the advertising appeal of potential users, and to protect them from carcinogens.

We offer to solve the problem step by step. At this stage we propose to solve the following:

1. warned consumers, that roasting has not only advantages ,but also disadvantages.

2. To express the information to the consumer about the possible dangers of frying process and the requirement to take action.

Available in a skillet or other dish to carry out temperature control during frying. When the temperature reaches a value close to the limit, an alarm is activated. Moreover, security is the most affordable and effective - sound.

It includes ' :

• Temperature sensor or meter, electric current source (battery), the alarm sound device ,switch and the wires, that connect these components together. The main parts of this device are located, for example, on the lid dishes, within the hollow handle of frying pans, etc.

• The diameter of the skillet D = 20 cm. Maximum allowable temperature in the f ying pans 180 degrees Celsius. Adopted margin ΔΤ = 10 degrees Celsius. So, at a temperature in Ihe center of the pans 170 degrees Celsius sonic device should work. Determine by the formula 3 value ΔΤ. Get 50 degrees Celsius. Thus, the audio device should be adjusted to a temperature of 120 degrees Celsius.

• It seems to us, that the suggested solution in the most appropriate complies the

conditions, taking place on a real kitchen. Especially, when preparing several dishes at the same time, and in addition to cooking the hostess is busy even , what some chores.

• The authors are far from the desire to just get a patent on certain technical

development. We want to raise the problem and to suggest ways of solving it. What is now being done in glassware production industry for the home, and especially skillets - it or indifference, or a crime.

• First, you can not write" temperature a rying pans". Because even small pan,

discussed in Example 1, the difference the maximum temperature from the measuring in point is 50 degrees Celsius. Therefore, if you recommend to roast the lamb at 201 degrees Celsius, that is a big chance, that there is a point on a frying pans, where the temperature is 251 degrees Celsius. This in our view is bordered on the criminal. Therefore, we propose a method, which came to the fore to the question the protection of consumer. And economic interests and taste would be relegated to the second. May be it should be on a frying pan to make appropriate inscriptions, such as

"Manufacturer warns, that without compliance of temperature conditions of frying can be harmful to your health."

• In addition, we note, that the proposed solution can be implemented not only in the frying pan. It can be implemented in a special handle for pans or other cookware. It may be interesting to the user, who already has a different utensils. Figure 1 and 2 show a diagram of such a handle. Or "generalized to the temperature control device." It is attached to the body 1 o pan (or other cooking container). It comprises grippers 2 and 6 , pincher knob 5 to the housing 1. The temperature gauge 7 by a spring 8 presses to the body 1. There are provided electric battery 9 and buzzer 10. Moreover, a temperature meter 7 is connected with a signaling device 10 wire 12. This wire is insulated nonflammable insulator 13. For example, application 194 015 Israel. At a temperature gauge 7 can be put on the cap 14, for example, from fluoroplast.

• Depending on the diameter of the dishes temperature difference between the

maximum temperature at the measuring point and gauge 7 will vary. How to be in this case? The verification showed, that in this case, the meter 7 must wear caps of fluoroplastic with different thickness of the bottom cap. Moreover, on the skillets should be set to any dish it is suitable.

• Of course, for ease of use could provide a more convenient control. But it would be expensive design. And our goal - to create the most simple and cheap design.

However, what if the hostess is, for example, three kiUets. For example, 18, 24 and 28 cm. A single handle. It would not be the same each time it is to customize it by passing from one pan to another. Of course, will not.

• Consider this situation in more detail.

• The difference can be up to 10 0 C in a skillet lesser and greater. And, naturally, on the skillet with a diameter of 28 cm will be greater quantity ΔΤ. It seems, that the owner can set the knob so, that the signal was working properly for most skillets. For other skillets he will work with the stock. Suppose the signal in the skillet 28 cm in diameter at a temperature triggered 170 °C. If the device does not change the setting, it is in the skillet 18 cm work at the center of the frying pan 160 °C. That is, if we had a stock of 10 0 C (180 0 C-170 0 C) on a large frying pan, then a small stock of 20 0 C (180 0 C- 160 0 C). In practice, this is acceptable.

• Conclusion.

• The guide to the operation of the handle or the device should indicate, that if the

kitchen utensils are of different diameters, the adjustment knob should be made on the largest diameter dish. Then on another bowl alarm will be triggered with an additional margin.

In addition, we hope, that in addition to the direct benefits from the use of the method and apparatus, will be another benefit. Many people open their eyes to the fact, that they close the kitchen there is an enemy, which they take for the friend. They begin to look for ways to deal with it. And this is a plus.

• In general, we hope ,that the introduction into the life of people of the proposed

technical solutions help to at least partially in the struggle ,waged by humanity with its terrible and ruthless enemy - oncology.

• We have considered, in our opinion, the most important part of cooking at home.

Namely, the need to protect the health of consumers, using different utensils at home. But other than that, there are still many other factors. They are, for example, are not as important, as what we have considered. But they also have the right to be considered.

The answers, as we see it. l.One acoustic element enough. But, if done, for example, two, then it will be better. What will be different second from the first. That is, the second system should operate before the first, for example, when the temperature at 4-8 or 3-10 degrees less, than that ,at which the first system is triggered.

2. The answer to the second question is not straightforward. For kettles is well suited for the system, described in the prior art. The same applies to the container, which is brewed liquid food. But, it is true, with the exception of boiling milk. Here it is necessary to inform the owner of the approach of the state of boiling advance.

Otherwise milk "gone" from the pan. Similarly, the new warning system needed for any dish ,where cooking does not occur with intense steam release.

To resolve this contradiction, you can go two ways.

• The first way - is to carry out in the bottom of the cookware wire, measuring the

temperature in the center of the pan. This is done in US20070012199A1 Pat.

• The disadvantage of this device is the following:

• - Wire, connecting the sensor, must be insulated, otherwise the meter readings will be distorted

• - To place the wire with heat insulator inside of the bottom, it is necessary to thicken the bottom, and this increases the cost of the device.

• In general, this path for the purpose of creating a simple, reliable, and accessible to a wide range of dishes is unacceptable.

• The second way - to measure the temperature of the pan, where it is convenient and where it does not interfere with cooking and thus know, how the measured

temperature associated with the maximum value of the temperature at the bottom of the cookware. It seems to us, that the way to our goal was more acceptable. So we went for it.

• Item 8.

• It has released a prototype steam, which acts on the signaling device - whistle. In

consideration of dishes no steam. Her work on the signaling device must be something external. For example, an electrical signal of a certain strength.

• It seems to us, at first, could find the correct prototype. And secondly, to make the technical solution, which can be used , where you can not use a prototype. Namely, when frying and cooking products.

As seen in Figure 3, we claim to a small portion of possible devices. But this part is very in demand, is available for use, protects their health and therefore important.

So, we can not claim to positionl . We do not give any recommendations for improving the public, such as flavor of prepared foods. We also can not qualify for position 2. Since neither any automatic adjustments we do not give. We also can not claim the entire position 3. Since except sounder there are other ways to inform about the magnitude of the temperature.

We believe, that we can qualify for the position of 3121, 3121 + 3122 + 3123, 3123+.

This differentiates our solution from the prototype. And we want to protect this application. In addition, we want to protect some of the specific elements of the practical implementation of these positions.

Besides the above differences, there is one important . In the prototype, the sound signal responds to the state of an object - its boiling. But it can not be used in all cases. The proposed technical solution the switch does not respond to the condition of the product, but only on the temperature, and the one we create in predetermined. Of course, within the specified area of our claims.

Since we are measuring the temperature at the side of the dishes or cover it on 30-65 °C lower, than the limit temperature, that is lower, than the temperature, for example, at the bottom of dishes.

Firstly, we have to do it, and secondly - it is more convenient. But it also provides greater durability entire measurement system. When using utensils in the home need to provide for a situation ,where the dishes to be washed. If the electric signaling device is mounted on the lid of dishes, then there is no problem with it.

If the device is mounted on the handle, then it should be removed before washing. This is provided in the proposed technical solution.

If there are two devices on the dishes, the second warning is activated, when the measured temperature is below a predetermined temperature difference.

We offer not just another one or more devices. We want this to change the approach to some of the technological processes of cooking at home. So it seems to us, that we can lay claim to novelty in the process of cooking at home.

Namely:

- to measure the temperature of cooking one or two sound detectors. And also the fact, that the temperature measurement is outside the scope of preparation of the product;

- the fact, that in addition to the signal on the achievement of the optimum cooking temperature of the product as served a signal of the approach to this temperature. This, indicates on the need to intervene in the process of the hostess and adjust the intensity of heat.

We want to apply not only to a method, but also to a separate device for implementing the method. For example, in a universal device, that can be installed on different dishes. Thus the device provides for the adjustment to different container. In this case we want setup, than was uncomplicated and accessible any hostess.

Having experienced the different ways, we have found the next most simple way.^'g

In fits pasting temperature meter, such as a cap, the cylindrical shape of fluoroplast with different thicknesses, and depending on the thickness of the cylinder creates a temperature difference, to which the device responds.

For example, we have used the device on the dishes, and the system is reset, when the measured temperature of 110 °C. Now we want to set this device to the other dishes. On a new dish alarm should be triggered at a temperature in the ocation of measurement 125 °C.

We put in the meter cap of fluoroplast, which corresponds to the thickness of the bottom of the low temperature 15 °C. Then, when we measure the temperature of the dishes on the temperature meter will 110 °C and sound system work.

The question arises, whether something else to "take away" from the prototype. Well, let's have a non-electric kitchen utensils with audible alarm. This indicator provides information on product availability. And we will add more dishes arrangement with electrical signaling.

Naturally, this is the not only possibility. For example, the indicator for the temperature can be changed by variating the distance between the measuring instrument 7 and the housing 1.

And this device will operate at a temperature lower, than the primary indicator. Then enjoy such dishes would be more convenient and the ability to expand its use.

Of course, the presence of the signaling device does not preclude the presence also of information devices, that show how the temperature at the moment in a pot, for example, in the form of lights of different colors.
