Abstract:
The present invention comprises: a first step for detecting, at a prescribed time interval, an acceleration in an X-axis direction of a welding torch (60) to which an acceleration sensor (310) is mounted; a second step for using the acceleration detected in the first step to calculate a moving average of the acceleration in a period; and a third step for comparing the detection count of the acceleration in the period with a count E in a case where the absolute value of a difference between the acceleration and the moving average in the period exceeds a threshold, and for restricting the operation of the welding machine having the welding torch (60) if the ratio between the detection count and the count (=count/detection count) is below a prescribed value.
