Abstract:
The present invention provides a method for deep desiliconization of coal ash and recovery of silicon resources, comprising: ball-milling and drying coal ash to prepare a solid precursor; adding quantitative calcium oxide into a molten salt, and heating the molten salt to a molten state under an inert atmosphere protection condition; placing the precursor of the coal ash in a reaction molten salt in the molten state, after reacting to a stable state, taking out the reacted coal ash from the reaction molten salt and cooling the coal ash under the inert atmosphere protection condition, and washing and drying a reaction product to obtain the deeply desiliconized coal ash; and cooling the reaction molten salt in the inert atmosphere protection condition, and washing and filtering the coal ash. A resulting solid filtrate is calcium silicate. No alkaline liquor is used, and silicon element is recovered in form of silicate, such that the desiliconization efficiency of the coal ash can be improved effectively, and the alumina-silica ratio in the desiliconized coal ash is improved. The method is simple in process and recycles the silicon resources effectively.
