Title:
METHOD FOR DETECTING CHANGE IN BODILY STRUCTURE OF PATIENT, DEVICE FOR DETECTING CHANGE IN BODILY STRUCTURE OF PATIENT, AND COMPUTER PROGRAM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2021/106333
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention makes it possible to appropriately and quickly detect a change in bodily structure of a patient. This computer program causes a computer to function as a device for detecting a change in bodily structure of a patient to detect a change in bodily structure of the patient, the computer program causing the computer to perform: processing of calculating a second water equivalent thickness from a second three-dimensional image which is a newly obtained three-dimensional image of the patient; processing of calculating the difference of a first water equivalent thickness from the second water equivalent thickness, the first water equivalent thickness being calculated from a first three-dimensional image which is a three-dimensional image of the patient during treatment planning; and dose volume histogram change calculation processing of calculating a change in dose volume histogram from the treatment plan on the basis of the calculated difference in water equivalent thickness and correlation information indicating the correlation between the value of the water equivalent thickness difference and dose distribution information.
