Abstract:
A method for detecting a high-precision Coriolis flowmeter, comprising vibration signal collection, signal conditioning, and signal processing. At least two time difference signals are obtained by processing at least four vibration signals. At least two mass flow rates are obtained by calculating all the time differences. A processing module averages all the obtained mass flow rates within a threshold range and then gives a more accurate flow measurement value so as to reduce the uncertainty of measurement. As long as a mass flow rate is not within a set threshold range, an alarm signal can be sent to remind the replacement of the flowmeter, and thus, the purpose of flowmeter fault detection and alarm can be achieved.
