Abstract:
A method for detection of water damage to an asphalt road surface based on adaptive selection of plot grayscales, performed according to the following steps: step one, by means of GPR road surface investigation, acquiring a water damage plot dataset, the method used to select a GPR plot having an appropriate contrast ratio being a ground penetrating radar plot adaptive selection method; step two, image resolution adjustment; directly compressing the resolution of the initial plot dataset to 224×224 to acquire a BD dataset; step three, inputting the dataset into a recognition model; inputting the BD dataset acquired in step two into a recognition model, and after subjection to calculation by the recognition model, executing step four; and step four, outputting a water damage result. The present detection method solves the problem in existing GPR data analysis of relying on human expertise to filter plots, and effectively integrates a plot detection model. The invention allows for adaptive selection and recognition of plots for each item of GPR data, and truly makes automated and smart operation based on GPR target detection possible.
