Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for determining the content of a compound amino acid injection. The method comprises the steps of solution preparation, separation and determination, and calculation etc. The content of each amino acid component in a tryptophan-containing compound amino acid injection is determined by means of one-time sample injection and separation. By means of the method for determining the content of a compound amino acid injection, the number of operation steps in a process for determining the amino acid content is reduced and the problem that the amino acid content is determined by means of repeated sample injection is solved. The method has the advantages of simplicity in operation, a visible process, rapidness, high precision, high accuracy, good repeatability, and low costs, and can be used for directly detecting a sample, so that the analysis time is greatly shortened and the method is suitable for rapid industrial analysis. The method is suitable for determining the content of each amino acid component in the compound amino acid injection.
