Abstract:
A method for lifting/lowering adjustment of a structure, comprising: an initial lifting step, wherein wire ropes from which slack has been removed in a temporary winding step are wound so that a structure is lifted off from the ground and kept in place; a step for adjusting the height positions of the suspension points on both ends of the structure during winding, wherein winch drums carry out winding or unwinding operations so that the height positions of the suspension points of the structure become uniform and the structure is horizontal; a step for correcting the zero point during winding, wherein the height positions of the suspension points of the structure are set as the zero point; a winding step, wherein the winch drums carry out a winding operation at constant speed; a step for monitoring the height of suspension points during winding, wherein, if the displacement difference between the height position of a suspension point set as a reference and the height position of other suspension points deviates from a threshold value during the winding step, winding is temporarily stopped and the process is returned to the step for adjusting the height positions of the suspension points on both ends of the structure during winding; and a step for monitoring load during winding, wherein, if the load acting on each of the winch drums exceeds a stop setting value, winding is temporarily stopped and the height positions of the suspension points are adjusted so that the load is no greater than the stop setting value, after which the process is returned to the step for adjusting the height positions of suspension points on both ends of the structure during winding.
