Abstract:
Provided in the present disclosure is a method by which a terminal controls the activation of an Scell, comprising the steps of: receiving a radio resource control (RRC) message including information related to a first timer related to the inactivation of an Scell and information related to a second timer related to the inactivation of the BWP of the Scell; receiving a media access control (MAC) control element (CE) for the state change of the Scell; and controlling the first timer or the second timer on the basis of the MAC CE and the RRC message.
