Abstract:
The invention relates to a method for dry-machining deep-drawn sinks, in particular kitchen sinks, by the following method steps: forming a metal workpiece (2) to a sink in a deep drawing device using a deep drawing film applied to the workpiece (2); automatically removing the deep drawing film from the workpiece (2); polishing the workpiece (2) without using polishing paste; cooling by means of a cooling liquid (K), at least temporarily during polishing, the kind and/or dosage of the cooling liquid (K) being chosen depending on an evaporation rate of the cooling liquid (K).
