Abstract:

[PROBLEMS] To provide a method and a device for extending and carrying cloth capable of providing high treatment performance and high quality. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] This device for extending and carrying the cloth comprises a charging device carrying the cloth upward while holding it at both corner parts on one side, a transverse chuck moving the cloth received from the charging device to a center position along first rails disposed on the right and left sides, a delivery device receiving the cloth from the transverse chuck and delivering it to an extending device, the extending device formed of a pair of chucks movable along second rails disposed on the right and left sides and receiving the cloth from the delivery device and separating the pair of chucks from each other to laterally extend the cloth, an air suction device extending the laterally extended cloth in the vertical direction, a horizontal movement device receiving the cloth from the extending device and delivering it to a carrying device, and the carrying device receiving the cloth from the horizontal movement device and carrying it to a next process.
