Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a novel method and device for manufacturing cleaning members each provided with a fiber bundle evenly coated with an oiling agent. In order to solve said problem, in this method and device, a first fiber bundle (F1) that is continuously fed in a given direction (D1) is brought into contact with a transfer roller (110) that rotates in the direction opposite the feed direction (D1) of the first fiber bundle (F1), thereby transferring an oiling agent applied to the surface of the transfer roller (110) to the first fiber bundle (F1).
