Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger which can ensure heat sealing between an outer package and a fin. [Solution] The present invention pertains to a method for manufacturing a heat exchanger comprising: an outer package 1 configured by outer package laminate materials L1 in each of which a heat-sealing layer 52 is provided to a heat conductive layer 51; and an inner fin 2 which is provided in the outer package and is configured by an inner core laminate material L2 in which a heat-sealing layer 62 is provided to a heat conductive layer 61. This method comprises: an outer package heat-sealing step for heat-sealing the outer package laminate materials L1 and for sealing the outer peripheral edge of the outer package 1; and a fin heat-sealing step for, after execution of the outer package heat-sealing step, heat-sealing recess-and-projection parts 25, 26, which are provided to the inner fin 2, to the outer package 1. The fin heat sealing step is executed in a state where pressure inside the outer package 1 is reduced lower than that on the outside.
