Abstract:
A method and device for preparing instant chocolate granules. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, grinding white sugar, chocolate, and flavoring substances into powder, and fluidizing same under negative pressure so as to obtain a uniformly mixed powder material; S2, adding clean water into cocoa powder and dextrin, and heating and stirring same so as to obtain a mixed liquid; S3, atomizing the mixed liquid under a certain pressure so as to obtain an atomized liquid; and S4, fully mixing the atomized liquid and the fluidized mixed powder material from S1, and binding same to form granules, so as to obtain instant granules. The device comprises an air inlet system, a base (4), a raw material container chamber (5), a diffusion chamber (6), a collection chamber (7), an atomization system, an air outlet system, and a dust remover (10).
