[Problem] To provide a method and a device for preventing skin aging. [Solution] A method and a device for preventing skin aging, the method and the device involving physical stimulation of targeted skin at a frequency of no greater than 60 Hz. The present invention provides a method and a device that have skin aging prevention effects that are favorable for shallow layers such as the epidermis.
