Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a method and device for protecting user information, and a terminal. The method comprises: acquiring an enable signal of a privacy protection mode; and performing a disable operation on a preset component of a terminal according to the enable signal of the privacy protection mode. According to the present application, a privacy protection mode is set in advance, and when the mode is enabled, a component, which may leak user information, on the terminal is immediately disabled, such that the risk of stealing the user information is avoided, and the privacy of the user is prevented from being invisibly infringed.
