Abstract:
Embodiments may provide an operation method of a first terminal performing a question-and-answer operation through a voice call. In this case, the operation method of the first terminal may comprise the steps of: receiving a voice call from a second terminal and making an automatic connection; after the automatic connection is made, receiving a first query request message from the second terminal; transmitting, to an AI server, a second query request message based on the first query request message; receiving, from the AI server, a first query response message based on the second query request message; and transferring, to the second terminal, a second query response message based on the first query response message.
