Abstract:
A method and device for separating a viscous material, comprising a mixed material spraying box (4) on an adjustable support base. The upper part of the mixed material spraying box (4) is a feed bin (1); an adjustable material control device (6) is provided at the bottom of the feed bin (1); a centrifugal blower (2) is provided at the rear part of the mixed material spraying box (4); one end of the centrifugal blower (2) is provided with an air jet tube (3); the adjustable material control device (6) is located above the air jet tube (3); the head of the mixed material spraying box (4) is a material spraying tube (5); the material spraying tube (5) extends into a material separation box (8); the interior of the material separation box (8) is N-shaped; the left oblique edge of the N shape is a coarse material impact plate (7), and the right edge of the N shape is a fine material impact plate (81); discharge ports for a coarse material and a fine material are correspondingly provided below the coarse material impact plate (7) and the fine material impact plate (81); the upper part of the material separation box (8) is connected to a cyclone separator (10); a powder discharge hopper is provided below the cyclone separator (10); the cyclone separator (10) is connected to the air inlet of the centrifugal blower (2) by means of a tube. The apparatus separates a viscous material by a method of air jet and impact, thereby improving the efficiency of next sorting.
