A method, a device, and a system for controlling an integrated lighting and audio apparatus (2) are provided. The method for controlling an integrated lighting and audio apparatus (2) comprises: step 1, establishing connection with an integrated lighting and audio apparatus (2) via a WIFI device of the integrated lighting and audio apparatus (2); step 2, receiving a control page transmitted by the integrated lighting and audio apparatus (2), and displaying the same to a user in a browser, the control page comprising an possible control scheme for the integrated lighting and audio apparatus; step 3, obtaining an operation instruction of the user selecting a control scheme; and step 4, transmitting the operation instruction of the user to the integrated lighting and audio apparatus (2). The structure is simple, and the operation is easy. A user does not need to download control software, and the user can establish connection with a mobile terminal (1) via a WIFI device of an apparatus, and control the apparatus via a browser of the mobile terminal (1). Further, a comfortable visual environment and auditory environment can be created, relieving stress and improving sleep quality.
